De-Coiler, the high vertical range of manufacture at ATM / Elmali enables us to respond to your special requests as well as to manufacture standard systems. Our systems work on the one hand in production lines in the most important companies in the world, and on the other in small stamping plants, where they demonstrate their flexibility and cost-effectiveness on a daily basis.
ATM offers different systems for decoiling and rewinding, which are used depending on the task at the customer. Stationary or movable units for one or more coils can be used to provide the coil.
SRVHAF-PUP series Mechanical or hydraulic reels are very economical and efficient solutions for the systems that have a weight of up to 20,000 kg and a width of 1600 mm.
Speed control unit and pneumatic arm is offered as standard.
Dorn Expansion is manufactured as a tonic that offers a secure cohesion.
In terms of customer requests, coil wagons are supplied as optional.

De-coiler | Options / loop control
- Pendulum arm: Loop control with potentiometer and belt tension cut-off. The pendulum arm lies on the sheet and follows the height movements of the band. At the pivot point of the arm there is a potentiometer that regulates the speed of the AC motor with a frequency converter.
- LC-2 loop control: for electrically conductive strip material. The LC-2 loop control only works in on / off mode. Horizontal antennas are used for signaling. Especially for thin or pre-cut strip material.
- Soil sensor: For decoilers with start (stop operation and tape tension cut-off. For unwinding from below, or for wound tape or wire material.
- Laser loop control with belt tension cut-off: Non-contact speed control by measuring the distance between the belt material and the sensor.
