Hydraulic deep drawing presses | Cushion system
Hydraulic cushions are used to manufacture parts and difficult shapes with single-acting presses. The cushion forces are from 1000 kN to 5000 kN, the die cushion paths from 50 mm to 500 mm. Depending on the size of the table, die cushions are built in different versions
Benefits
High accuracy of the cushion force through active pressure or force control during the pulling process.
Eject in the correct position, which exactly reaches the acceptance positions
High force density, ie large forces can be transferred in a small space
Possible pre-acceleration of the die cushion through less overshoot of the counter pressure at the start of the pull and less dynamic loading of the cushion and press
lubrication
The lubrication of the guide rails takes place, monitored electronically. The electronics allow the lubrication intervals to be set individually
Process control
Increasing product diversity, strongly fluctuating lot sizes and pronounced cost awareness require a high degree of flexibility in global competition. This is exactly where we put a decisive competitive advantage in our presses, the PLC-based control technology from ATM:
The competence of ATM / Elmali in software programming as well as the design and assembly of electrical and electronic components gives us flexibility.
ATM / Elmali machine controls offer all the features of a modern production organization:
Central, product-dependent setting and evaluation of all machine parameters
Product data management, optionally with database connection (SQL, ORACLE)
Operating data acquisition
Product tracking
Integrated maintenance program
Integrated data logger
Individual operating windows
When designing interfaces between man and machine, we respond extensively to customer requests. We offer the design of on-screen menus and graphics according to customer-specific requirements (of course also in several languages).
The connection of customer-specific software modules is possible. We integrate telephone or internet-based remote maintenance systems as standard.
