When it comes to sheet metal forming, we manufacture hydraulic deep-drawing presses due to their versatility. Pressing forces, ram stroke and speeds can be varied and precisely controlled.

The Chassis
Depending on the installation height, table surface and ram stroke, our press frames consist of one or more parts. It is the welded steel structure. After welding, it is heat treated and then milled on the CNC machining center.
Table plate
To protect the press table from wear, we build a separate table top that is screwed to the press table so that the table top can be easily installed and removed. T-slots for attaching the tools are available as standard.
Hydraulic deep drawing presses Hydraulic cylinder
The cylinders are built single or double acting. Depending on the requirements of the press, the cylinders are adapted to the press. The cylinders are forged and the inner bore ground.
The filling valve is located directly on the cylinder base and enables short filling and emptying times for high downward and upward speeds of the piston.
Pistons
The plunger is forged. The profile is hardened, ground and polished. A bronze layer in the upper sealing and guide area ensures optimal running properties.
Ram table
The ram table is manufactured in a multiple, stress-free weld structure.
Guidance system
The guidance system is designed with 6 or 8 compartments. Bronze is installed for pairing. The guide rails are adjustable and simplified. In connection with the long ram guide and high press rigidity, off-center loads can also be absorbed.
Tappet lock cylinder
The hydraulic cylinder ensures safety when working in the tool room and prevents undesired ram movements. The push engages in the upper position. Of course, the safety function is integrated in the press control.
